God wants you to know that He LOVES you, and that He has a WONDERFUL PLAN for your life.

 

The Bible tells us that the thief (Satan) also has a plan for your life – he comes only to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. But Jesus Christ came so that you could have LIFE – ETERNAL LIFE – and an ABUNDANT life - (LIFE to the full, until it overflows) – (see John 10:10).

 

The Bible also says that “God so LOVED the world that He GAVE His only begotten Son (Jesus Christ) that WHOSOEVER believes (puts their trust) in Him would not perish, but have EVERLASTING LIFE.” (John 3:16).

 

God sent us the most precious gift that He could give when He sent His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. Jesus lived a sinless life on our behalf, but then took the penalty for our sins upon Himself when He went to the Cross of Calvary to die in our place. He DIED to remove our sin – SIN was the barrier that had stood between us and a holy God. Now our relationship with God could be restored, and His GIFT of ETERNAL LIFE was made available to us. “CHRIST died for OUR sins according to the scriptures, and He was BURIED, and He ROSE AGAIN the third day according to the scriptures” (see I Cor. 15:3b-4).

 

Let me ask you a question. If you were to breathe your last breath today, do you know for sure, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that you would spend eternity in HEAVEN? You don’t have to go to a devil’s hell. You can KNOW for sure that your sins have been forgiven, and that you have ETERNAL LIFE (I John 5:13), and that you’re on your way to Heaven to spend eternity with Jesus – the One Who paid the price for you to be there. The choice is yours. Will you ACCEPT the FREE GIFT of ETERNAL LIFE that He offers you?

 

The Bible tells us that we “ALL have SINNED & come short of the glory of God – (Romans 3:23),

And the WAGES of SIN is DEATH – (Romans 6:23),

But the GIFT of GOD is ETERNAL LIFE through Jesus Christ our Lord - (Romans 6:23)

SALVATION – “ETERNAL LIFE” is a FREE GIFT – And it’s YOURS for the asking.

 

If you want to receive this free gift of Salvation, the Bible tells us that “WHOSOEVER shall CALL upon the Name of the Lord (Jesus Christ) shall be SAVED” – (Romans 10:13). (And you’re a “Whosoever”, right?)

The Bible also tells us that:

If you will CONFESS with your mouth JESUS as your LORD,

and BELIEVE in your heart that God hath raised him from the dead, you WILL be SAVED.

For with the HEART a person believes unto righteousness (i.e., “Right-standing with God”)

and with the MOUTH confession is made unto salvation.

If you would like to receive Jesus Christ into your heart as your own personal LORD and SAVIOR, and be “Born Again” / “Saved” - pray this prayer with you heart and lips out loud:

 

“Heavenly Father, I come to you in the Name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. You said in Your Word that if I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is my LORD and my SAVIOUR, and if I believe in my heart that You raised Jesus from the dead, I will be SAVED. So Lord, I do believe.

Lord Jesus, I ask you to come into my heart, be my Savior, be my Lord, and be my Friend. I repent of all my sins, and ask You to forgive me. Take out the stony heart and put in a heart of flesh. Wash me. Cleanse me. Let me never be the same. I renounce Satan, and all his works, and all his ways. And I renounce all false religion. I turn my back on sin, and I follow You, Lord Jesus. Thank You for dying on the Cross and shedding your Blood for me. Thank you that 3 days later You rose from the dead, and thank You that You’re coming back again. I confess that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is my Savior and my Lord. And right now, by faith, I receive the FREE GIFT of SALVATION. I’m SAVED! I’m BORN AGAIN! And I’m on my way to Heaven because of I have Jesus in my heart!”

 

(Now lock the door of your heart, Throw the key away, and say “Jesus, I’ll never let you out!”)

If you prayed that prayer and meant it from your heart, all your sins are forgiven, and you have become a child of God. Welcome to the family of God!

 

I encourage you as a child of God to do several things to get to know Him better:

 

1. Read your Bible daily. (It is God’s Word. He will speak to you through His Word).

 

2. Talk to God (pray) everyday. (You can talk to Him about Anything & Everything in your life).

 

3. Become part of a Bible-believing church that believes in the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Be around strong Believers who will encourage you and lift you up in your walk with God.

 

4. Share your faith with others.

 

5. If you make a mistake, always remember to run TO God and not FROM Him, because He LOVES you and

has a wonderful plan for your life.
